Staging Sells, and Selling Staging

I’ve wrote before about the similarities and differences between staging and interior design. But one of the important parts of home staging is to create an inviting design, that emphasizes the selling features of a home, and allows the potential buyer to visualize themselves living there. Sometimes the potential buyer visualizes themselves so clearly that they realize not only is the home a perfect fit, but the furniture as well.

This recent home sold on the first day for asking price, and the buyer is purchasing the staging as well. I love being a part of helping people find their dream home, and I’m so happy that they loved the staging so much.
